My stay in Munich is coming to an end. I saw Dwayne off this morning as he took the train to Paris, where he will spend a week on his own. My Mom and my brother are flying in later today from different parts of North America and I get to show them around Munich for a couple of days before we take off to northern parts of Italy and France.
I enjoyed my time in Bavaria so much. Dwayne and I were reflecting last night on the favourite parts of the trip and I thought just how much I loved the green of this city and this region. We’ve been having some sunny weather over the last couple of days, but I liked it even more here when it rained. The landscape looked even more beautiful — deep shade of green against the grey skies and the gloom of the rainy days.
